Deadline for table/booth applications is December 10, 2026 to ensure last year’s spot.

Vendor booth tables come with passes (see specific table information). Extra passes can be purchased at the time of booking for $15/each.

Setup

Set up for the show is 4-8 PM on Thursday, and 9 AM – 4 PM on Friday. All vendors must be up and ready to go by 4 PM – doors open at 5 PM. This year, Prairieland Park is not allowing displayers to drive into the building – vendors can pull up to the doors and unload there. Carts will be available to help move.

TO CLARIFY THE DRIVE-IN ISSUE – we still have loading doors and areas where we can drive into the building and unload. We just can’t drive all over the aisles right to your spot. Carts and help will be available.
